"When you order a plain roast beef sandwich with poppers it's typical that the person at the drive thru window would offer you the different sauces, maybe provide some napkins in your to go bag, and it would be really nice to have them thank you for your business. After the last couple of trips to this location it seems those things are just not to be expected anymore. There's lots of places we can choose to spend our money and it's unreasonable to get home and have none of the things that should typically be involved with a drive-thru order. And somebody thrusting a bag at you through the window without even looking at you or saying thank you is disrespectful. You can do better!"

"This is actually one of the best locations I have been too. Would have given 5 stars but I overheard a ridiculous comment made by the drive-thru cashier. Unnecessary to repeat but just goes to show you that the younger generation really are lost in translation. Food was hot and fresh."

"I haven't gone to an Arby's in close to 20 years. Gave it a try tonight had a slider classic and buffalo chicken sandwich. The roast beef sandwich was tasty and I will probably go back sometime for another; however that chicken sandwich is an insult to chicken's everywhere. The chicken is a frozen patty that was fried to long rubbery and hard I don't recommend it.... Probably best for Arby's to stick to what it's good at which is roast beef sandwiches."

"The overall restaurant was clean except maybe a table. They have a clean drink bar that lights up nicely. My order was a chicken sandwich combo. The combo came out and I opened the sandwich and it was cold and I could see some of the meat under the crunchy breading. The meat was a little dried out. I took the sandwich back to the counter and showed the chicken and the female attendant agreed and they made me a new sandwich. Obviously you can see the size of the new sandwich in the picture. Small piece of meat. I thought maybe they gave me a slider cut of chicken meat. I can tell you other Arby’s locations have bigger sandwiches. Nevertheless I stop here because it is close to my home. But the best Arby’s is hwy 93 before you hit wickenberg, Arizona. The chicken sandwich is bigger and all the food is made fresh to order. Yes, every order is made to order and hot. Similar to In n Out burger. My recommendation for this location is to serve the food HOT! Check your portions because there is a big difference between locations. This location is really nice, but quality and quantity will hamper this location. I really hope they would strive for a better product. The customer service was very nice and took care of my concerns."
