"Literally the worst service I have ever received from any customer service/food spot in my life. Waited over 10 mins with no acknowledgement, even as I called out to see if maybe they just didn’t realize I was there. After some time, my food comes out and I ask the employee if she had heard me calling. She was the rudest person and completely unapologetic. When I asked for a manager, she said she was the manager. I asked for her name for my documentation and she looked me dead in the eye and walked away not saying another word. I can’t believe they actually pay her to work there, I wouldn’t hire someone with that kind of customer service if she was the last person on earth. Lastly, there was a kid hanging out in the back. That doesn’t seem very sanitary and the kid doesn’t seem like she should’ve been there. I’ll never go back to this place and urge you to stay away. EDIT: Changing my review to 3 stars after I had the most wonderful, professional chat with the District Manager. She showed true care for her customers and a genuine interest in making her Pizza Hut locations offer better service for everyone. If anybody does have issues with this location, I urge you to reach out and get it resolved as well."

"Pre-placed an order for a pickup at 4:30pm. Upon arrival many other customers were yelling and upset as they had been waiting for their pickup orders for 1-3 hours! I go up to counter and they cannot find my order. I show them the confirmation emails and that it is the right location. Takes roughly 25 min to locate my order. Once they do, it takes another 35 min for my order to be ready. At this point it’s past an hour over my original pickup time. Get home and the food is not great. My kids personal pizzas are swimming in oil. The large pizza is missing toppings. And the cinnamon sticks are raw in the middle. The way I saw them “handling” the other customers was terrible as well. Telling them it’s not their problem, if they want to cancel they have to do it via their bank etc."

"Never will I order from this location again. I ordered my food, received a message that was food was out for delivery and it didn't show up for over 45 minutes. I ask the delivery driver why it took so long and he shrugged his shoulder and told me it is what it is. Food was cold and good luck trying to get anybody on the phone. Horrible customer service. Regret giving this horrible driver a 5 dollar tip. Edit, I've been on hold for over 10 minutes with nothing. When you call the main number, it calls some place that isn't at the store. What an absolute joke this store is. How is the company allowing this site to stay open with all of these complaints??"

"I was looking forward to a comforting meal, but what I received was far from it. The pizza was extremely dry, as if it had been sitting out for hours. The crust, which I usually enjoy, was hard and lacked the usual softness and chewiness you'd expect from a freshly baked pizza. But the most disappointing aspect was the cheese – it was overcooked to the point of being rubbery and had lost all its delightful, gooey texture. This was not the quality I expected from a well-known chain like Pizza Hut."

"This was by far the worst experience I've had at pizza place. I wish I could give it a negative 100 stars. The customer service here is horrible they leave their customers in the front and hide in the back looking through the privacy glass (I can see you) for 15 mins or more. I placed my order and 5mins later had an emergency and had to leave so I requested a refund, they yelled to the back "stop that order" and said I can't do refunds let me get the manager lady. He went to the back and I could hear him arguing with the manager lady and she was telling him to tell me no and what for, very unprofessional. He came back and said she'll be up in a minute. 15mins later she came up and said no refunds dispute it with your bank, I told her I bought food and didn't receive anything I have a right to my money you guys are stealing money from me, she refused and said take it up with your bank and walked away. What company policy is this? This is one of the worst managers I've ever seen. So know I'm trying to go through my bank which is very inconvenient. The law states  NV Rev Stat § 599B.190 (2013) Except as otherwise provided in subsection 3, a person who purchases goods or services or makes a donation pursuant to a solicitation governed by this chapter must be given a refund or replacement, at his or her option, if: (a) The goods or services are defective, are not as represented or if any item described pursuant to NRS 599B.180 is not received as promised; and to. I did not receive nothing from pizza hut and they are breaking the law, and its clear that they are stealing people's money. the manager there by the name of Symphony, she should be fired immediately. What a bad representation for a company I will never return. I will be filing a report with the city. Try another pizza shop you'll be glad you did."
