"The lady refused to tell me how much my food order was in English because I didn’t understand what she was saying to me in Spanish. . She told me she doesn’t speak English , smiled and then shut the drive through door in my face, when I told her I’m speaking in English so I don’t speak Spanish. I would like to pay for my order and leave. while I waited for my order and to pay she kept me waiting at the window without another word. I didn’t appreciate the customer service I received today after trying to give them my business regardless of the language barrier . I told her it wasn’t necessary to treat me so rudely because I didn’t speak Spanish and I didn’t appreciate the service she was giving me. The woman tried to tell me she was the manager when I knew for a fact she could not have been with the customer service that she provided to me today. I ended up, leaving without my food and without paying for my food because she never returned to the window. And just kept me waiting. At that point I wasn’t sure if they were evening making my order. I never been treated so badly here at this location until her. I wouldn’t have given the service a star if it was an option. It’s not my fault I wasn’t raised in a Spanish home to speak the language. I like mexican food and I come here a lot but I don’t like being treated so poorly for not speaking the language."

"This Don Tortaco is open 24 hours and the drive-thru is big enough for a F450. They are ALWAYS here and they don’t have mysterious machine malfunctions. Their staff is the best. My food is always right and they treat me like I am a star!"

"Ordered her forn the first time just to give them a try. I ordered through UberEats and my delivery order came on time. However, my food was a different story. My order was completely wrong (asked for no guac and beans) and the fries were undercooked. My chicken taco had so much oil dripping from it, that I had to use several paper towels to absorb it. I called the store and they immediately corrected the order. Although he was very accomodating, I will not order from here again."

"The ASADA quesadillas was very good. My first time having it. This has got to be the only place I have ever seen orange crush in the soda dispensing machine"
