"I wish I could give this 0 stars because they don’t even deserve one. I have had multiple bad experiences here. The help is rude, and unhelpful. They ignore you when you come in. I placed this last order over the phone, the person didn’t even put my name on the order even tho I gave it. Curbside isn’t even curbside… they make you walk in when you call upon arrival. Then they ignore you when you go inside. Today I left without my order, not paying $15 for cold food and the crappiest “service” I have ever had. Never coming again."

"Every time I order curbside, they NEVER bring it out. I called multiple times to no avail and had to go in which defeats the purpose of choosing curbside. I told the hostess I was waiting over ten mins from the ready time and her excuse was, I just got here. She then grabbed my bag off the shelf and I asked her, is there no one here to bring the food out, and her response once again was I just got here! No accountability and beyond terrible service. I will never come back to this location"

"Eggs were overcooked. Sausages were mushy. Bacon was burnt. Hash brown was overcooked. Booth had crumbs on the seats. Worst IHop experience ever. What happened to this location?"

"I waited 30 minutes for a to go order. I had to inquire about my order prior to the hostees checking. When I received my order the pancakes were cold and thin overcooked with a rubber texture. I requested strawberry syrup several times only to not recieve it. I will never return."

"My experience with Ihop was wonderful it was my first time visiting this location. my cups silverware and juice glass were so clean the food came out Hot and fresh the waitress Kat was very professional, and most important my order was correct. breakfast was perfect Thank you Kat/Ihop"
