"Honestly worst McDonald I’ve ever experienced. The food is never hot always cold/warm-ish, the staff really seam like they hate life at this McDonalds, the drive through is a mess. Personally stay far away from this McDonalds, you have two other locations not too far away and they handle their location like champs and their food is always hot."
"Where is the supervisor at this location? A bunch of teenagers work here, which is expected because it is a McDonald's. My family came through the drive thru and ordered a few meals and chicken nuggets, we waited 15+ minutes in the drive thru and when we got home we realized they forgot our nuggets. Went back to to the location and all of the employees were in the back singing and dancing very loudly and taking their sweet time coming to the register. They were so busy socializing with coworkers cracking jokes and fooling around they were hardly functional. When the girl finally came to the front sort of joked that it sounded like they were having a good time and she said yeah as long as we're getting work done. But they are barely getting any work done is the thing and it seems there was no supervisor just a bunch of teens horsing off like they were at a friend's house. McDonald's is too expensive for poor service. I'm all for teens having jobs but someone needs to run the store and make sure they are actually working and serving paying customers. This was Sunday after church around 1:30 pm"
"Don't do curbside. I waited 15 min and then had to flag someone down to get my food. The person was great though. Was very apologetic and even offered me a pie for my wait. I didn't take it but was really appreciative."
"Are family or regular customers at McDonald’s on Saint Rose and amigo. There is one particular worker there that is awesome. She is so very nice and she’s always attentive to all her guess I wish everyone could be like her,always has a smile. We love you Lily you are awesome."
"Cheap fast food and low price I guess this is it. The service is nice. But the food is really not good. I have low expectations, but sometimes they seem to lower the bar. I only eat it about 2-4 times a year. I do like the shamrock shake and fries."
