"I went there just for a Gift Card . I called several times and the staff would pick the phone up and then hang up. I was simply calling to make sure I could get a Gift Card. So because no one would properly answer the phone I had to wait in the drive-through line for 20 minutes as the doors were. Once I finally got to the drive-through order box, I asked for a gift card. The young man says we don’t do gift cards at this location. Are you kidding me? Come on tropical smoothie corporate office you guys make way too much money to put customers through this with all the horrible reviews! When your doors close and this location shuts down (trust me it’s coming) You’ll have no one to blame but the horrible staff that you have hired!!!"
"The smoothies I get are always good, it’s just a shame they don’t have enough people working to efficiently serve their guests. The manager making the schedules or the owners, whoever it is needs to get this issue under control as they have lost my husband and I’s business and probably many others. The drive through doesn’t allow you to get out, so you’re stuck for the 20-30 minutes it takes the people in front of you and you can’t leave because someone has pulled behind you. Just bad design and scheduling at the end of the day."
"I ordered two yogurt bowls and the Greek yogurt was spoiled. Tasted like sour cream. I was headed to work when I ordered so I did not go back immediately but I had a receipt and I visit this location at least four times a week. The manager refused to do anything at all. She’s like “sorry you should have come back immediately…” no store credit or anything. And on top of that the guy in the early morning during the week is soooooo slow. I sit in the drive thru at least twenty minutes just for smoothie! I won’t be back to this location."

"We had two sandwiches here. They were very tasty and very healthy. The prices for most of the sandwiches we're about average and they had some cheaper options for those that might be interested in saving some money. This is a place we will be back to. The cashier was very helpful and very friendly. I recommend this Cafe."
