"Rude staff. Most likely to Poison someone. We waited about 30 minutes for our food while watching our ice cream melt since they gave it to us first. They overcharged us and every 5 minutes a loud alarm kept going off. The person serving us would not read our request and would be saying, "is this your order or yours". When we first walked in a staff member kept taking photos of us and when we asked why his reply was "Don't worry about it. It's for my manager." That will be the last time we will be going there. I do not recommend."

"Never coming back to this location!! I wasn't sure whether to laugh or be mad. This was supposed to be a LARGE sundae. Employees mentioned they had new owners and are making them weight everything...if this is a large, what does a small look like??! This store seemed to be struggling for a while now as most items on menu have always been out, but to try and get some profit by lowering the serving sizes is ridiculous. New owners- good luck staying in business."

"The worst experience I’ve had with a Dairy Queen. They serve my family congealed gravy. They do not answer the phone. I couldn’t eat any of my food- I wanted to fully refund this meal and get something elsewhere but they said I couldn’t do it the next day. I decided to cook dinner the night that this happened. What a poor experience. They never get our order right even if we go pickup our food or if we get it delivered. This experience was by far the worst when the cashier was shouting over me to talk to somebody behind me. She took the persons order who was behind me while I stood in front of her. She then walked away to make the order for that customer when I was waiting in front of her. I was only there to pickup a mobile order that was supposed to be ready when I walked in. Somebody else came to the counter and asked what I needed. They almost have my sundaes to the person behind me. When the cashier finally handed my food to me, that’s when I realized my order was sitting in front of me for 17 minutes under the chicken warmer while I waited in line. I know food bags are not supposed to be there… The app already told me my food was ready but they were too busy talking to other customers and making jokes to take my order and get my food to me, I’m sure that’s also why they didn’t answer the phone when I called multiple times. I’m disappointed with the poor service provided by this restaurant all around."

"Got the chocolate covered strawberry blizzard. LOVED IT!! TONS of strawberries and chocolate pieces. Onion rings not so good they were very hard as if they had been refried."

"We didn't get everything we ordered (cheese curds or any of the gravy we ordered), and received this. I did NOT touch anything or eat anything before taking this pic. Will never go back again."
