"Ordered a single spicy sandwich 3/14/2024 at exactly 5:07pm. It's now 5:33pm and I'm still here in the lobby waiting for a single spicy chicken sandwich. Unbelievable! Won't be returning, but I want to thank my Host Jared for the wonderful service. JARED did an amazing job servicing my order and making me feel welcome and comfortable. Give JARED a shift manager position and pay raise ASAP. Thanks JARED!"

"The sandwhiches were good, but what they charge for sides is outrageous, more than $3.00 for a single scoop of mashed potatoes and a sprinkling of gravy, that's just wrong."

"I came through the drive thru to order the new fish sandwich. The sandwich came as a combo for a whopping $11.00. I was pleasantly surprised by the food as my sandwich was hot out the fryer. I mean when I bit into it steam was released and I could barely chew it. I loved it. The sandwich itself was not fishy at all and came layered with tartar sauce and pickles."

"After pulling up to the drive thru, I was asked to wait to place my order. I asked for a fish sandwich and was told it would be a 5 minute wait. I pulled up, paid for my order, and was told to pull up front that they would bring my order out. After a 10 minute wait, I called the restaurant to be told it was on its way out. After 3 minutes of waiting again, my order was finally delivered. By the time I got home, the fish sandwich was warm, but of course, the chicken sandwich was cold!! I guess it's too much to have 2 hot fresh sandwiches!!!"

"Wings were good. Customer service was bad. People had to wait outside by door to get their order. It was the middle of the day and store doors were locked."
