I drove down and waited another half hour in the drive thru to be witness to someone on their cellphone. Such unprofessional conduct from the pharmacy staff that I'm taking my prescriptions elsewhere."
"A couple of months ago I visited the pharmacy and was very impressed with the short wait time and the friendly service. However today I tried to call to see if they had a medication and I waited for 20 minutes only to have my call dropped. No one ever answered. I had thought of transferring all my prescriptions to this Walgreens but will definitely not be doing so. It is understandable that they are busy but they could just simply inform the customer of the approximate wait time or to call back later. Some pharmacies have an automated system that tells you how many people are ahead of you."
