Beverly Mathis Elementary School

Beverly Mathis Elementary School is a primary school located at 7950 Arville Street in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. We are committed to preparing our students for a bright future through our unique educational experience that promotes intellectual growth and participatory engagement. Dr. Beverly S. Mathis Elementary is dedicated to meeting the needs of our students and providing a supportive learning environment.

We are excited to introduce Cyrus, our School Facility Dog, who will be available to enhance the social and emotional well-being of our students and staff. Parents who do not wish for their child to interact with Cyrus can fill out a google form linked on our website. Cyrus will be based in Mrs. DeCaires' counseling office and is looking forward to meeting all the Mathis Mustangs this school year.

For drop-off procedures, parents of Kindergarten and Pre-K students should park in the front lot and walk their students onto campus. First through fifth grade students will be dropped off at designated gates around the ring road, with gates opening at 8:45 and school beginning at 9:00 am. Student safety is our top priority, so we ask that all parents and visitors exercise patience and follow traffic guidelines to ensure the safety of our children. We welcome all prospective students to visit our school at any time.
