"My younger brother went to this school more than 24 years ago. I thought he just got a horrible teacher. My interactions with the staff then were infuriating. The lengths they went to to avoid any effort in their jobs was so disheartening. Now my son has been here for two years. Unavoidable inconvenience. Now I know that it wasn't just that teacher. It's the entire school. They are unqualified, unprofessional, vacuous tools. I tell myself it's because of the neighborhood and the disinterested parents they must deal with every day. But even when it was a nice neighborhood, there was no sense that they cared about any of the kids. They were just there to babysit for six hours, and once the kids were out the door after the last bell, they never gave them another thought until the next day. I can't send my son back for another year."

"I am a student at this school, and do not agree with how certain teachers discipline others. For example, I have social anxiety, and drawing helps me with it. When I brought my sketchbook to school only a few days ago, I got it taken away. I was paying more attention to the class work then I was to the actual drawings, but I still ending up getting in trouble for it. And another thing, I had straight A's before attending this school, but I now have C's and B's, which my mother isn't very fond of. I am very happy to say that this is my last year at this school."

"I found the school to be okay not great, teachers show favoritism to race and gender, the staff I found not helpful, "today is not a good day" we pretty busy. But they weren't to busy for the next mother that walked in to inquire about special programs for special needs. Yeah 1 star is one too many."

"This is thee worst school I've ever seen in my life. My children were A and B honor roll student. Now after being at this school for 4 months, they have both got there first D's F's.I hate this school and the principle is very rude and so is her office manager. They should not even be allowed to work with children. They are the worst adults to ever be around your children. They have the worst attitudes I've ever seen. And there bullying system at the school super sucks. My sons best friend was getting bullied so bad and when I went to have a conversation about it, they told me to schedule an appointment!!! That's super crazy!! Then when I went off about it, they made me seem like a crazy parent instead of a concerned one. My son loves his teachers and I honestly don't think they are a problem. He's only failing math but his teacher is willing to tutor him one on one. But I think both of my children honestly do not like the school and the staff in it. They can't even concentrate. Especially my honor roll student 2nd grader. She was very upset that she gotten a D and F. She didn't even want to go back to school. Then they're back gate closes at 8:00am. My children always gets there before the gate closes. I actually watch my daughter walk inside her class everyday. But all of a sudden she had 31 tardies!!!!!!!!!! Then they call her to a judge at school!!! Mind you she only 7!!!! And they NEVER even contacted me to let me know anything! Like really???? They have my cell number, home number, work number and address. No letters were sent nor phone calls made. But they wanna address my 7 year old about the issue. I could go on and on about this school. But I'm definitely removing my children from this school when we move in February. If they weren't zoned for this school, I would have BEEN pulled them out.... Good luck to anyone enrolling their children here... You'll both hate it."
