"Ordered through the app, delivery, and food was delivered to the wrong house. Went to the store myself to get the correct food and was told that there’s nothing they can do because it was through the app. So while I reordered my food through the app for pickup and paid for it again because “there’s nothing they can do” I get to hear the workers casually swearing while working. Nothing about this experience was positive. Taco Bell had every opportunity to rectify a bad situation and instead made it worse."

"Taco Bell. It is what it is, but I have been a fan since I was a kid. Of course it has changed a lot over the years, menu, prices, etc. I usually stick with the crunchy tacos and bean burrito. Maybe it was at ‘this trip’ thing, but it seemed like the tacos were more loaded with beef, lettuce and cheese than normal. In any case, for a fast food place it is pretty good. Plenty of hot sauce choices, Pepsi, not Coke (yeah)"

"Went to the drive-thru. The person who took our order was cheerful, was easy to understand over the speakers, and we got all our orders right. Food was good, but the cheese in the cheese roll-ups was just sprinkled in and was not melted at all."

"Just received the best customer service and food I’ve ever gotten in my life at any fast food restaurant. The gentlemen with the beard working the drive through was so patient and kind, and I felt genuine care from him. And my food was perfect. Best chicken crunch wrap I’ve ever had. I just finished it in like 2 minutes and I had to write a review because I am so happy with my experience. Whoever that bearded man is deserves a raise"

"I don't like writing bad reviews, but this experience was awful. The drive thru line was a bit long so I went in. You have to order on a screen which had a huge ad for the Mexican Pizza that was just brought back. But the Mexican pizza wasn't on the menu. I asked and the lady checked. "You have to order that on the counter. They removed it from the electronic menu and the app because too many people were ordering it." She then began complaining about her day to me. That wasn't too bad. So I ordered with her and noticed 5 people waiting for orders. 28 minutes later I got my order. More than one employee loudly complained about their job, about the customers... I will not be visiting this Taco Bell again."
