"Quest did a poor job in setting up this location. It is merely a small, poorly staffed satellite location with no supervision and no staff who care about patients. I made two appointments for my loved one and unfortunately did not realize that today's appointment was not set up at our normal location. In an attempt to minimize pokes, I asked my provider to add in his normally desired labs to coincide with the other two specialists. Just like another client stated, Eva could not find the test in the system. This lab closes early and she was quick to point that out to us and was very unsympathetic to us trying to resolve the issue. She stated that a fax from the doctor's office would take two hours to receive and they would be long gone. I tried to get the help of her coworker as I was speaking to the doctor's office (who could see the test in the system) to obtain the fax number in attempt to add the test to the draw but she immediately looked at her watch. I am a registered nursing with 40+ years of experience. I have saved patients many unnecessary lab draws by simply taking a little initiative. These two see their positions as a job and clearly just wanted to leave for the day. This is poor customer service. Patients deserve better. The bathroom was also disgusting; no toilet paper on the spool and a loose toilet seat for someone to get hurt. Thankfully, it wasn't my sick loved one. We will NEVER return to his location. No one cares about people there!"

"My experience at past quest locations have not been the best. But this location is by far the best I’ve been to. Nicole was my phlebotomist and she was great. The office was clean and the staff was great. Recommend making an appointment at this location."

"The most accommodating Quest ever! I’ve always had issues getting blood drawn and phlebotomists not listening to me. I need to lay down for blood draws to avoid passing out, and their staff is so friendly and allowed me to lay down with ease. No argument or hesitation (you’d be surprised how many people are denied to lay down when you have a legitimate medical condition)."
