"I’ve visited this location several times for multiple types of imaging. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and I’m always seen at my scheduled appointment time. Also, I like that I can fill out all of my registration paperwork online before my appointment. As I mentioned, the staff is always friendly, from check in to when I leave. Erin was the assistant tech and Lisa was my imaging tech and they were both great. Erin walked me back to the imaging area and explained the process. Lisa was experienced, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment. I highly recommend this location."

"I had the best experience here! Scheduling was pretty quick over the phone but it was a bit frustrating. They didn’t have many openings in their schedule and I had a lot of exams to complete so I only scheduled a couple that were at different times in the day. Once I checked in (this was quick and easy) I got taken back and told my tech I had some other exams I couldn’t schedule due to no space. She was so awesome and said she would do all of them for me no problem, even the x-rays. I was so stressed out beforehand thinking about having to take off work to schedule more exams so she really made my experience so great going above and beyond. My US tech was quick, efficient, friendly, and just made me feel so good. I would 100% come back here and recommend to others. I hope everyone can get an experience like this!"

"Linda's Review "RIGHT ON"! This location large ,(for distancing while waiting), clean, fast & staff & equipment "top notch"! (Down the street from Henderson Hospital, see video.) Both my wife and I have had several tests performed here. My wife is more picky than me and she liked everything about this location and staff. Test results are available even sooner than the ordering doctor receives them!!! We both highly recommend SDMI and in particular this location!"

"Great experience at this facility. Everything looks nice and organized. My appointment was at 12:45 pm. For two different X-ray test took me about 50 minutes from the moment of check in until the end of the second test. This company offers registration online which I did. Saves you time the day of your appointment. Kayla at front desk was nice and quick. Next I was greeted by Jazmin one of the team members in X ray area. Very nice, gentle and knowledgeable. The other team member for the second test was Alberto. He was nice and helpful although I felt that he did not explain me how I needed to be prepared for the test before going into the room. At the end everything worked ok."
