"The order was more than 30 minutes late. When we called to ask where the order was, the employee lied about why the order was late and sarcastically replied that “the pizza is going to get there when the pizza gets there.”"
"I hadn't ordered Pizza Hut in a long time. The pizza was absolutely great. I opted for in-store pickup. It said it would be ready in 20 minutes but when I went there it probably ended up being closer to 40 minutes when I got it. So I had to go in and out of my car a few times to check on it. The staff wasn't rude but there wasn't anything exceptional about them."
"Ordered from this location and had items missing from the order, called in to report it and Cameron answered and said he delivered it and there were no missing items. I let him know I have a ring doorbell camera where you can see clearly there were items missing, and he hung up the phone. Terrible customer service"
