"Ordered breakfast this morning from here and it was amazing! We are visiting from out of state and saw this close to where we are staying. The reviews were great. We were able to call ahead and order and it was ready within 10-15 minutes. The food was phenomenal! The service was great, everyone inside was very friendly and welcoming. When we come back to the area, we will definitely be getting this again! If you’re in the area, stop and get some food!!"

"Two friends and I visited Griddlecakes at the Inspirada location last week. It's in the neighborhood so we thought we'd try it. It's a cute place with an incredible view. We could see the mountains, the Strip, and the Sphere. It also has a parking lot. I ordered the "Make Your Own Griddlecakes" option with a Single Lemon Blueberry Pancake and made it a combo with 2 scrambled eggs and 2 sausages. The pancake was tasty and came with a delicious blueberry sauce on the side. It was also big. I took some home and enjoyed the next morning. One friend ordered the Signature Creation Monkey Business. She really enjoyed it. It was a beautiful creation. I had a bite and it was tasty. My other friend got the ABC Skillet. She thought it was delicious. The home fries were excellent. Good coffee and plenty of refills but I didn't love it. Our servers were super-friendly and helpful. We'll go back to check out some of the other pancakes and skillets."

"Truly appreciate that we have a quintessential breakfast place in Inspirada! The menu has all the classics for morning breakfast. After several months, headed back to the newly reopened breakfast spot, now Griddle Cakes, just this morning and it was on point from the moment we walked in. Friendly staff greeted and seated us immediately. Our order was taken promptly and seemed like our food was at our table in no time. All servers are attentive to everyone and not just specific tables. Enjoyable, easy, uncomplicated, and great!"
