"My visit was great, but the bureaucracy leading up to it was awful and I will not use Quest again. I had established an account a year ago, but the user name and password did not work, so I had to establish a new account. I made an appointment and got what I thought was a confirmation, but didn't take it to my appointment. When I got there I had difficulty checking in and I had just renewed my driver's license and only had a piece of paper and an old one with holes punched in. I pressed the button for help...but no one ever came. I waited for over an hour and pressed the help button again...but again no one came. So I left and returned yet a second time which was successful. But, I am unwilling to make several trips to Quest to get the results I need, so I asked my doctor to find another lab to process my blood work."

"I was referred here as I have bad anxiety and was told I’d have a better experience at a lab. Worst experience ever. I arrived for my 1:40 APPT and the technician told me she didn’t have labs for me. I asked if I could call my doctor to request a fax, and she pointed at the wall with the fax and told me I need to reschedule if I can’t get it because they close at 1pm. She then stood and watched me the entire time, counting down the minutes, and telling me to go online to reschedule because no one will help me in office. I understand it being the end of the day and wanting to go home, but the attitude was uncalled for. I didn’t get her name as she was too rude and in a hurry to leave to introduce herself. The technicians need serious training."

She took her time to help me feel better about how much blood I had to give. What an awesome experience! Thank you!!!"
