"I had to wait an hour past my appointment time. But, the staff was super busy and apologized for the delays. They were very kind and made me feel comfortable during my test. The young lady at the front desk was very welcoming with a great smile. Overall experience was good."

"Getting the appointed made and getting checked in to having the imaging done went all good. However, one of the most crucial parts is the test results reports that get sent to one’s doctor. The person who reads and writes out the reports to send out to the doctor isn’t as efficient. The report the doctor receives is incomplete with very vague findings. For instance, one of which is leaving out the measurements of the gallstone found at the neck the gallbladder on the report. And of course, now, it’s a game of trying to reach my doctor for her to get that information which has been an arduous saga, since everything is about money in life. All because someone at that facility delivered by par work for something as a patient, that I paid for, should have received just like that person receives their paychecks without any trouble, even doing shoddy work."

"I rarely write reviews but in this case it is much needed. April L, was my clinician one morning mid January. Her professionalism and more importantly her knowledge and warmth was very much appreciated. Mammogram appointments for me, particularly when it is a diagnostic mammogram are particularly stressful. She was caring and understood my family history’s impact on my wait time and ultimately the results. I want to make sure that she is acknowledged for her kindness and care that day. It was evident to me that she truly cares for her patients. I will return to her for all future appointments and refer my own clients to her for care. Thank you April."
