"If you drive or tow a big rig do NOT make a reservation here. We made a reservation and were told to call when we got into our space. We were in a 42' motorhome and could not get into the space we were assigned. In fact we damaged our rig trying. We couldn't get around the ring road without disconnecting our car and backing up. Needless to say, there was not a person in the office and I had to leave a voicemail with the info provided here. They processed our credit card with the entire amount and did not credit the amount back. We received no returned call after 3 voicemails were left. We were also way overcharged a total of $455.88. We. ended up in a much better spot for $400 for a week with a wonderful spot. We travel 6 months of the year and for years and have never had this happen."
"I stayed in back-in fhu spot 21. Nice spot by a tree. Backed up to the woods. Good wi-fi. They have an area in front with foosball and shuffleboard table. They have a washer and dryer in the camp store which has some camp necessities that you may need and some snacks and pop. There is a bathhouse and a tornado shelter on site. It got a bit muddy around the park due to recent rain but nothing terrible. The electric boxes were a bit worse for wear but did the trick."
"Area is clean, including showers and restrooms. They have one washer and one dryer to us. It also includes a swimming pool. Sometimes, the office is not open, but if you call and leave a message, they will return your call."
"I stayed here for a week during the infamous snow/ice storm of Jan. 2023. The place could have not been better to weather out a storm. I was nestled among a forest with beautiful snowy paths on the spacious spot number 2. The host Derrick could have not been kinder and more accommodating. He turned on the heat and hot water in the bathrooms just for me as there were only two campers parked that week. He also made sure to clean up and remove snow from the walking trails. I got a chance to interact with him a bit and he recommended some hiking trails for me. In my opinion the owners need to give him a raise asap. He goes above and beyond to make his guests feel welcome. I loved the trail around to walk my dog every day too. And the WIFI was incredibly strong as I work remotely and this is a necessity. It was a true winter wonderland and I loved that it was a small campground but packed with amenities and incredibly close to town. And for it being so affordable in a town that's notoriously pricy, don't even think twice. Book this place now!"
"Decent campground in the town of eureka springs. The location is great for a short drive to everything in town. They have a small walking trail around the perimeter of the campground. They also have a nice game area set up with board games, darts, fuzzball table and a small putting pad. There is also a pool although it was closed for the season when we stayed there."
