"My husband and I took a quick couples trip to the Crescent Hotel after hearing about it on YouTube. We went to just experience something new, and we are so happy we did. It was like taking a Time Machine back to the 1880s. The hotel is beautiful and the history is fascinating. I am a sucker for anything paranormal where my husband is more into history and architecture, so this hotel had a little bit of everything for each of us. The food was delicious, the service and the people were very hospitable, and the ghost tour was outstanding. Not to mention they have scheduled activities throughout the day and a shuttle to take you to Eureka Springs. Everything was wonderful. Highly recommended!!"
"We're locals, so though we've enjoyed many breakfasts in the Crystal Dining Room and pizzas in the Skybar, we'd never spent the night in one of the Crescent Hotel's rooms. . But our pipes at home froze, and then burst, and we needed to escape! . We fled to the warm embrace of the Crescent Hotel, and found refuge and comfort and beauty and charm in Room 401. . We were amazed at the loveliness of the room when we opened the door - - and at the size of the incredible bathroom!! . So many charming details, and views from every window that made us yearn to return to Room 401in the Spring, Summer and Fall... . Ample hot water for long, luxurious baths... just what we longed for, needed, and (believe me!) enjoyed. . You want sterile and antiseptic? Go to a corporate box hotel. . But if you want a hotel with beauty, history, grace, a hotel as individual and personable as you are - - it's the Crescent for you!! . We loved it. And we are so grateful to the staff, especially Katy (sorry if it's Katie!) at the front desk, for making our stay so wonderful. ."
"This is truly a unique hotel and well worth staying a night or two if you are in the area. The staff is very friendly, accommodating and helpful. We also took the ghost tour with The Conductor which was a hoot. Lots of stories but we didn't see any ghosts! TIP: Book your ghost tour when you book your room, otherwise you might not be able to do it after you arrive. It's pretty popular! The grounds are lovely and the view amazing. The best part is the free shuttle service to and from the town below. We went in October and it was absolutely beautiful! Eureka Springs is a great town with a cool history. The only thing I didn't "love" about the hotel was the dinner. Our server was absolutely fabulous but the food selections at dinner and quality was just okay. The breakfast buffet was very good though."
"We did not stay here this time, although we have in the past and always enjoyed it. We ate at their brunch buffet on Sunday and the food was amazing. The food was fresh and the buffet trays were kept fully stocked. The cook-to- order omelette station was great. Drink service was attentive; server would check our coffee cups and juice glasses every few minutes without being intrusive."
"I did not stay here, but came with family to explore this haunted, historic landmark. It was really cool, definitely worth visiting and having a cocktail or dessert . There is a restaurant, it just didn’t draw me in though- I think they serve pizza? The same floor has lots of newspaper clippings and old advertisements from when it was a girls school and hospital- it’s really fascinating. Don’t miss this place if you’re coming to eureka."
