"The spa was under demolition/repair, and there has obviously not been any work done in some time. Not all the hotels' faults, as whomever was hired, has nothing but excuses. If I knew who this contractor was, I'd surely work on their social media pages!!! This is not how you treat a client with the season kicking off."

"My wife and I had been on the road for several hours when we finally pulled into your property. We were greeted by Dustin. He was nice and had a great sense of humor. After telling us about the hotel, we asked him to see a room and he was more than happy to show us around. It's really nice to see customer service still alive at your hotel!"

"Quiet inn off the main road. It is much larger than it seems as it curls back into the tree line. The room we stayed in was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 teens without tripping over each other. Beds are soft but not sink into them soft. Plenty of outlets for chargers and other electronics."

"Stayed here for the weekend and we were very pleased. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect! The only recommendation I would offer is to provide waste stations for pets. We traveled with our dog and the hotel welcomed her and provided areas for bathroom breaks, however, when I cleaned up after her, there was no place to dispose of the waste. I had to walk all the way to the front office to find an outside trash can. Otherwise, this was a great place to stay!"

"Got a room here on 17 Oct as part of a 2-week trip to Arkansas. When out reserved B&B fell through right as we arrived due to a failed water heater, we searched the area and found this Best Western recommended for service and cleanliness. The reviews were spot-on. It is an older motel, but very well kept. The service was great, the on-site restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast the next day, and the room was very clean. Nice job by the staff across the board."
