"They are not set up to take delivery from 53 ft trailers. I arrived at 0230 for a 0500 delivery. I parked on the street and walked in to check in. The forklift driver had me back in and stage at a door to wait which I did. At 0430 she came out and placed a portable loading ramp in a different door and said I had to move over there. I did and she even helped by repositioning the ramp so I could hit it in the tiny lot without destroying a van or a planter. While I was unloading in the driveway a fleet of vans came one by one to perform a comedy of errors where each one squeezed alongside my trailer and seeing it was fruitless backed out to park in the street. 7 vans did this one after another. I was unloaded and the forklift driver told me to go so I asked for my bills and she directed me inside where I got my bill. It went fine but was unorganized and seemed like it was everyone’s first day on the job. Be careful backing in. Its tight and employees cars are parked in the way."

"I had a damage claim on some aluminum tubing that was clearly ran over by a forklift. Driver signed off on the damage. Got nothing but jerked around for almost a year. They still haven't paid. Crooked company. Stay away. PO#15404614 Damage Case 663225. Eduardo M customer service rep. 17OCT23 UPDATE: Multiple voice-mail left, emailed 4 more times, forwarded emails to as many employees and management I could find online... get this.... still no response. BEWARE!"

"The worst shipping company I've ever dealt with. I purchased an arcade machine, and the first time it arrived it was fairly damaged and not in good condition. After getting in contact with the company, I had the damaged machine get picked up and the company delivered another one. I just got the second machine recently as the replacement, and the entire inside of the machine is completely damaged. I have no idea if T Force is running over my shipments with their trucks, but this is absolutely insane levels of incompetence. I would appreciate it if you could stop damaging my packages."

"Absolutely the WORST shipping experience I've ever had. I have been waiting for a product to be delivered for a week and a half. I contacted the seller and they found that TForce had the item sitting in their building the whole time. They said they tried to contact us to schedule delivery. Lies, we are a retail business open 6 days a week. Always someone here. Told multiple times that someone would call within one hour to schedule delivery. Lies, nobody ever calls. Finally got it scheduled. We'll see if it shows up."

"This is the freight arm of UPS. I called customer service about a delivery delay and kept getting promised a call back within an hour each time I called. After 6 hours, I was finally able to get a manager who said everyone in dispatch had gone home for the day. I called the next morning right when they opened and was told the trucks were full for the day. I was given a slot for the next day but told there was no guarantee it would be delivered then. This is TERRIBLE customer service. UPS should reconsider who they use locally in the Twin Cities market. Update: the 9-1 slot given to me the next day was a joke. It didn't arrive of course and the next person I spoke to said they never deliver to my area in the morning. Maybe it could get there after 4. Still waiting."
