"A great staff of workers here. They’re very knowledgeable and patient with their customers. I always get a Hi and smile from them but I am a regular now. They always let me know to put my packages to the side because I pre label them which is nice. They genuinely care to hear about things and I care to hear about their day was well! I see them interacting with people and I’m always impressed with how patient they are! I’ve never lost a package from this location either. I’m happy I have a great USPS staff near me!"

"Horrible service and attitudes every time i visit. Nobody ever answers the phone when I call either. Edit: They answered the phones after calling them a multiple times in a row like my mother calls me when i don't call back within 5.3 seconds. At least my mother's tactic works! The lady was short tempered but ended up calling me back and helped me out. I changed my rating from 1 star to 2 stars."

"I had been waiting on a package to be delivered to me for over a week. I got up early to make sure that I would be awake when the buzzer for my apartment complex goes off to receive it. In the 30 seconds it took me to get off my couch and press the button the driver didn’t want to wait and instead issued a missed delivery note. Now I have to wait even longer to receive the medications that I’ve been waiting on. I tried calling the location phone number to speak to someone because this isn’t the first time it’s happened, and there isn’t even an option to speak to an actual person! Now I have to reschedule my work start time AGAIN and physically pick it up myself. Seriously unacceptable behavior from the person who is our mail carrier. It’s not even worth voicing another complaint because I know it will go unsaid and not taken care of. If I could give zero stars, I would!"
