"Although the drive thru itself is a little annoying to navigate, the end result is worth it. I go here at least once a week sometimes twice. My beverages have always been made correctly and taste yummy. My one favorite is the Iced coffee, 6 creams, 6 pumps of either caramel or pean praline. I do like the Churro Blended ice with extra flavoring. I have my favorite drinks saved for future orders. Customer service is helpful and friendly, usually smiling too. I would highly recommend this Dunkin' location. Keep up the great work!!!"

"Had to drive in a circle just to get the the order box, then they couldn’t make the drink I wanted because “Company Policy.” On top of that, the Hot Chocolate machine was down. I would have just drove off if they didn’t have the yellow pegs keeping you from leaving the lane. Will not be returning."

"I really like using the mobile order feature and picking up at Buffalo store but the last three times I’ve picked up my order it is wrong or something is missing. This is really getting old. This is poor service to say the least. So disappointed."

"Drove thru and ordered an ice coffee with sweet cream and 6 doughnuts. They recommended their brown sugar sweet cream which I did switch to and it was great. Maybe it is the new equipment (or just because it is close to home) but these were the best DD doughnuts I’ve ever had!"
