"Food took 20 minutes, then I had to stand back up there forever to get ketchup and napkins because they won’t just leave the stuff out like every other food place in existence. Put napkins and ketchup back out for customers, it’s so dumb leaving the stuff behind the counter. I’m just gonna walk back there and grab it myself from now on."

"Walked in and the manager was finishing taking someone's order I stood behind the gentleman and she made eye contact then walked away. It was then 5-10 minutes before another employee came to take my order. Fries were near room temperature and they were out of sweet tea, my second choice was lemonade and they were out of that as well."

"this is the worst experience i’ve ever had in my life. i was disrespected by everyone here. i got a ketchup packet THROWN at me. may i repeat THROWN at me by stupid immature teen boys. keep in mind they stole the ketchup packet from the back before doing this and didn’t get in any trouble. then they proceeded to tell the manager and me and my friends were SCREAMED at by this very rude immature manager. after waiting for 15 minutes when there was no one else there we finally got our food, no fast food here!! my sprite was yellow, so i just left it on the counter, after we had left i was gonna take a bite of my mcflurry there was a hair in it. i did nothing wrong here. i was practically assaulted and blamed for it and then my food had hair in it and my sprite was yellow. i’m to scared to eat anything else because i don’t know what they did to this. after i found the hair, i tried calling, and i was told not to call again or go there because the cops would be called for trespassing, after doing nothing wrong. don’t go here, i repeat, DO NOT GO HERE."
