"my bus ride is 1 hr long in the afternoon for no reason? if the kids ain’t on the bus why do we go to there stops, which when we do it adds 20 minutes to the ride."
"I’m a student for ERHS, and let me tell you that most of the drivers are completely in their own world. My stop has always been the first stop in the whole route and usually they come like 5 minutes early which is a huge problem when their supposed to be there at 5:54am. I had a great bus driver for 9th and 1/2 of 10th grade but he retired and now I’ve gotten these terrible replacements that get here way to early and don’t wait for a single minute. I’ve left my house 5 minutes early too and they seem to always come even earlier than that. Terrible company with terrible drivers."
"I'm an Assistant to the bus drivers at Vision Transportation. I have Children with Special Needs. I'm replying to the bad reviews. On the topic of Special Needs Children. Bus drivers depend on assistants to take great care of the children we are responsible to get them to school, and back home from there schools. That is to keep them safe from the different disabilities each child has. Assistants needs to be: Quick to assess each situation. Knowing the aspects of each childs, different disability. Being able to Respond In a split second. To the needs at that moment. It takes only an instant, things change. Of course all disabilities in the confines of a van. become high levels of anxiety, acting out on there fears, frightened, screaming, spitting, pocking each for there attention. One insistent when the bus was at this childs stop. He had unbuckled his seatbelt. As I opened the van door he jumped out because someone was staring at him. This is in answer to the comments made about about Lee and other drivers. On one of my trips. I am responsible for Non-verbal children's safety as well. It just makes my day. To see his smile. To talk with him each day. He used his tablet to talk. Today he asked me questions. Each child makes my day when we are laughing just because. Very one, I have met and worked with children are considered precious."
"Such a terrible service and the Manager Lee can only be described as incompetent. How this man has a job is beyond me. He’s rude and after one of his drivers failed to check the bus for kids at the school he explained this was a private service and the drivers are not required to make sure the bus is empty when they leave the school and that I could choose not to use the service. Seems insane that they would be allowed to transport 5 year olds but not required to check and make sure they are bringing them to the proper destination. And his attitude, no apology, no concern, just a smug “deal with it” or don’t ride attitude. He is the absolute worst and shouldn’t have his job."
"The bus has been 15 minutes to an hour late each morning. It is normally good in the afternoon, but today the bus broke down in the parking lot. He told us that we were going to st michael to the bus garage and getting a new bus. He said we would be about an hour late getting home today. (Its almost the 3rd week) and they have a different bus driver each week because they cant find any drivers for our route. None of them know the route. We have been late for school every day since the first day of school. The bus also wont go a single mile down a paved road to pick up 5 kids because we are ( in the buffalo school district) even tho we live in rogers, so we have to drive a mile in the morning and about a mile and a quarter in the afternoon for my neighbor to pick us up. Its been good ever since this year for me. Two days ago it skipped our stop so we contacted Vision and they talked to the driver while a couple of us waited outside on a cold morning. My friend gets a call from another one of my friends saying that the bus driver didn't go back for us, he just kept on going to the others stops. So we had to all get a ride that morning."
