"Stopped in on a Tuesday night 6pm. Not busy got seated right away. Ordered a ribeye steak medium rare with grilled onions and a quesadilla burger with no sauce and no side. What we got-burger came with side of fries and sauce on it. The steak was RARE, really rare. The server way apologetic and I know it is a joint effort between the kitchen and server but I would expect that when the order is picked up for service that a check is made to see if it is what the customer ordered. Was looking forward to a nice dinner but was very disappointed."

"Went there twice in the last4 months. Once was Veterans Day and ordered a discounted meal with my wife and no extras and they charged me full price without explanation. Second ordered take out and shrimp was mushy crust and fries were wimpy. Too much money that the food was repulsive."

"Sam was our server and he was working hard seating us immediately on a Saturday evening. He was friendly, prompt and attentive. We have not been to Applebees for several years and we were impressed with our recent visit. We ordered the two for $24 - it has an appetizer and we both got the delicious oriental chicken salad. The community artwork and pictures were enjoyable to view making Applebees seem more like a local establishment, not a chain restaurant."
