"I'm not sure if the store is shut down or they just don't care to stick to posted hours? I was really looking forward to bringing my daughter here today to buy her 4 or 5 outfits that she had seen while window shopping yesterday. Waited outside at 10, store never opened. Waited until 11 just walking around the grand sierra and store still didn't open. Called 1130 and again just now at 12 pm to see if maybe they just opened late? Didn't open."

"My whole experience was pretty good until I had to go check out. Because I was touching a lot if clothes I wanted to put some hand sanitizer on. When I pushed down the handle on the bottle the hand sanitizer squirted up into and below my eye and the employee that was checking us out proceeded to laugh while my grandma had to quickly ask for a napkin and yet the employee said "yes just wait" and proceeded to continue what she was doing in the cash register while the hand sanitizer was burning my eye/skin, both my skin and eye also turned red and irritated. When we were about to leave my grandma had asked her name and she said Stephanie but yet on the receipt it said that the employee name was Pamela. Such a disappointing and irritating experience."

"Tall blond girl, I believe named Alyssa was pestering me the whole time. Made me feel like she thought I was going to steal. Clothes are cheaply made from China. Definitely shein material."
