"**Extremely Disappointing Customer Experience** I purchased a brand new OneWheel from this shop back in May, and my excitement was short-lived. After using it for less than 40 miles, I encountered an electronic error that necessitated servicing. On Monday, August 14th, I visited the shop to initiate a service order with OneWheel. At the time, the shop employee assured me that they would take care of my issue, given the newness of my OneWheel and the fact that this was their first encounter with such an electrical problem. However, over two weeks have passed, and I've received no communication from LaMere shop. Frustrated by the lack of updates, I called today, only to be informed that I should have submitted my service repair request directly to OneWheel and not through the shop where I made the purchase. Astonishingly, this information had been known for over two weeks by the shop, yet I hadn't received a single phone call, email, or voicemail from them during this time. In Minnesota, our riding season is limited, making the delay in addressing my issue absolutely unacceptable. I'm deeply disappointed by the way I've been treated as a customer. It doesn't matter if this shop carries high-quality bikes and products; I cannot support a business with such dismal customer service."

"I bought my LaMere 650 Mt bike several years ago at a different shop in Minneapolis and the build out was done there. The shop closed a few years after I bought the bike; however, I was able to follow the person who did the build out to a number of locations but was unable to find him this year. I have enjoyed the bike immensely however it was in need of some TLC. I called LaMere Cycles in St Louis Park and they said they would have no problem taking over any needed maintenance. I have worked with both Max and Dave and the expertise, courtesy, and professionalism they have shown has been amazing. We ended up with a new SRAM drive train and switched over from mechanical to hydraulic brakes which significantly improved the bikes performance. They completed the work in a timely and efficient manner and they have been responsive to all my questions and concerns. I am thinking about a new bike and when I make the move, I look forward to working through the build out with Max and Dave. I really appreciate their commitment to customer service and working with LaMere Cycles has truly been a pleasant experience."
