"Terrible customer service. Guys stringing rackets didn't even greet me. Had a small item to pick up and would have returned for shoes and a new paddle. PB folks rave about this place, but they have a strange attitude toward customers. It was the same way when I played tennis 10 years ago. Guess they have enough business. Bummer bc I prefer to support local businesses."

They have an almost unending stock of racquets and court shoes, including some past-year racquets at great prices. We are so fortunate to have a local store where one can go and try so many shoes and racquets in person. Their staff have great knowledge about the products and what niche they are targeted at. Their prices are competitive with online and big box retailers, but their selection is much better. If you haven't given this locally-owned gem of a store a visit, do yourself a favor and stop in!"

"After over 20 years shopping here I am officially done. Have spent multiple thousands of dollars at this store. I've tried to buy my shoes and racquets and paddles here instead of online to help support a local brick and mortar business. Recently bought a pair of Mizuno tennis shoes, a new model with an extra flap under the tongue which unfortunately gives me a bad blister. Bad design IMO, or at least for my very normal feet. I felt bad going to return the shoes, but they told me since I wore the shoes they can not take them back. I replied that, how would I know them to be a bad shoe for me if I never wore them? So anyway I am officially done with Mike Lynne's and telling ALL of my very many pickleball and tennis friends to please boycott them as well. Why buy from this store instead of online when you can not return items at the store but can return them online no problem?"

"Honestly, the best customer service I’ve had anywhere for anything in a very long time. My partner and I went in a few times this week looking for new tennis gear. The staff was helpful, patient, knowledgeable. They met us where we’re at (beginner/intermediate) and helped us find the perfect rackets.
