"The food here is fine and in line with expectations. However, the staff are unpleasant, abrasive, and seem aggravated to wait on customers. I've been at least four times now. There is generally no one servicing the main counter and I've had to stand for quite a while each time before being acknowledged, often as employees walk by (not making eye contact) to fill chili bowls or some task. I find this rude. After a while, someone will begrudgingly take my order while not speaking or offering any semblance of customer service. When my food is ready, they seem relieved to hand it over and be done with the exchange. If you have another option, I recommend you eat elsewhere or use the drive-thru. It's more efficient and minimizes these problems that I've experienced (regularly) at the inside counter."

"Slightly below average Wendy's. Would come back for a quick bite but the fries were kinda weird tasting and they didn't understand us very well. If a Good Wendy's is rated it's at best a 4, this wasn't a bad Wendy's but probably just a tick under average. Burgers were normal."

"I know the one in North valleys is great. This I think had 1 guy working it all which I felt bad for him. The food I didn't eat was not good. And the wait time was crazy like 10 min to get the order taking . It's not his fault he needs help!!!!!"

"Haven't had someone sneer at my pride-themed card in a while, but one of the employees here seemed to go out of their way to make sure to make sure I knew they were disgusted. There are other places to get fast food in Reno. I would recommend going anywhere else!"

"Not the greatest customer service. No smiles. Very slow. People had to ask for simple items such as ketchup. No courteous behavior. Bathrooms are gross. The building needs genuine repair. As does there sign and parking lot. Garbage cage is wrecked and visually a sad piece of the restaurant environment.The curtains are lackluster in color. Bench seats are ripped. The awning is wrecked at the drive thru. This place is in desperate need of a remodel and appropriate training in customer service etiquette."
