"We ordered online for pick up at 5:45 pm. We got here at 5:43 and checked in through stall #11. We were told that they were working on our order and it would be right out. After 20 min no food so we pushed the button again, after 3 minutes someone answered and we said we were wondering what the status on our food was and again they told us it would be right out. Finally we get our food at 6:10 and are told "sorry, your order wasn't marked as checked in." I went to check our bag to make sure it was right and our food was cold. I didn't bother complaining about the cold food because I didn't feel like waiting another 25 minutes."

"For Mr luis AKA SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER YOU DIDNT WANNA TELL ME IM SO ANNOYED THAT IM WAITING IN YR DRIVE THRU THE FACT THAT I WAITED 15 min for a A SPRITE AND A LARGE ICE WHAT BOTHERD ME it WAS A CAR BEFOR ME BEFORE I GET TO THE WINDOW A GENTLEMEN SKATS BY ME TO TAKE 3 cars down 2 drinks waw they leave im still here what got me was when i call you were annoyed at the fact that i called you were like uaaaa what do i can replace it.!! "Great Spot,,however,,,,, **Lacking a tray served at your parked vehicle,,makes you feel as if you just went through the Drive-Thru..!! bummer..!! **No nearby convenient garbage can. **Even though a credit card slot is provided at the Main Menu,,they take it away from you for your purchase ...(not good) **Not sure about rounding up to nearest dollar (as per Change (not received) at the bottom of your receipt) Our bill came to $16.64,,,and at the bottom of the receipt it quoted "CHANGE $.36"..If that's for an automatic tip,,we would have given MUCH MORE..!! {$hame $hame}"
