"Taco Bell is Taco Bell. Service is always so so as young adults just don't want to work these days or they feel intitled. Come on it's a fast food establishment. McDonald's is make $20 an hour in California!!!! That's so crazy to me."

"I arrived at 12:50 pm (early afternoon) to find the door locked. They were taking drive up orders but the dining area was locked. An employee sitting in the dining area got up and wandered towards the door then disappeared behind the counter. There was no signage regarding the reason for the locked door."

"Went through the drive through. Unfortunately the cashier wasn't Attentive when we placed our order not everything we ordered was ordered?.... She gave us a drink that belonged to her car behind us, we ordered 2 party pack of taco's she handed us half of our order & said have a nice day. I Stated we are missing the other party pack we ordered 2. She said are you sure? Hang on keep in mind I had the receipt in my hand yes I paid for 2.i did receive the 2nd party pack tacos after asking. However I did order 2, 12 packs cinnabon balls only charged for 1 only received 1. She wasn't doing her job effectively.... Not impressed. Food was good again I went through the drive through."

"This is the worst taco bell I have ever been to. Drive thru only because they never unlock the doors and they're constantly getting your order wrong. Check your order before you leave the window and make sure it's right. The locals do this and that's why the drive thru line is always so long."

"Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. They constantly mess the orders up and they STILL aren’t open inside…drive through only, so it’s always a ridiculously long wait for “fast” food. Here’s what we got tonight: ordered a cheese quesadilla. Well, instead we got a chicken quesadilla, with a few sprinkles of unmelted cheese, and a gallon of sauce…and not even cut. A HALF HOUR wait! And still screwed the order up. Never going back."
