"After 45 minutes of waiting and reminding them that we ordered, we got burned mac and cheese, which I'm not even sure if you can even call what otherworldly substance they put in it "cheese". Along with chicken strips, which we reminded them were supposed to be spicy 3 times (we forgot to say when we were ordering, so immediately after the receipt printed, we asked for spicy), and it still came not spicy. Food was cold. We said we wanted a sweet tea when taking our order. They were also out of the lids for small sodas. Absolutely horrible, never coming again, warning others if popeyes is ever brought up near this place."

"the food's okay but every single time i've gone, the staff has been unnecessarily rude. i'm always polite and respectful, i often even tip in the drive thru. but for some reason the employees here don't have any respect for the customer. there was no one in front of me or behind me and yet i waited over 6 minutes at the speaker with no acknowledgment and then over 10 minutes at the window for 2 sandwiches. then when they forgot my drink and i had to get her attention, she had a huge attitude and took a tone even though i just asked if i could please get my drink. i understand that customer service is hard, i work as a server, but the staff here are rude and entitled. the food isn't good enough to put up with it."

"Didn’t have what I wanted the sandwich didn’t have pickles or mayo on it fries were so cold and the Mac and cheese that’s almost $8 isn’t worth it very upset with the price and quality"

"Sat in the rain for 10 mins at the drive through waiting to be acknowledged, finally said hello and was told to wait. No problem. Ordered the food got home...the shrimp was so overcooked I couldn't even it...they were like petrified shrimp in some breading. So disappointed."
