She was able to have them shipped to the store and even helped install the new parts. She was very welcoming and I will be going back there for future purchases."

"Do not buy from this location, the "manager" comes off very argumentative and will not take anything back once is leaves. Said has scratches and you couldn't even see them on the frame. They don't go by what the site says. No scratches I can see. "INSPECT THOROUGHLY BEFORE YOU WALK OUT.. First the good part .. great deal on glasses. Our group bought 8 glasses and almost half the listed price. The down side was one of the glasses has small scratch on the glass which I saw when we got back in car. When I went back in after 10 minutes of purchase, the manager refused to entertain any return / replacement or fix stating that once you walk out, any damage found is not their responsibility. She asserted that they Inspect well before selling it and implied that the damage must be caused by me . Even though they state 30 days return, make sure to inspect your purchases meticulously before buying as there will not be any honor system, if you come back to them with any of the damage found later."

"I arrived with 5 minutes to spare before the store closed a few nights ago and was greeted with a huge smile from one of their amazing employees! She stayed late to make sure that I was well taken care of, answered all of my questions, and made my overall experience extremely positive. She didn't rush me, she didn't pressure me into making a purchase, and she made sure to share the return policy with me before I left!"
