"I brought my daughter into the store and was greeted by Cayenne. She helped my daughter pick out clothes for her senior pictures. She had her try on items she would never of tried on for me. I cannot express enough how much Cayenne helped this mom and daughter out as it has been nothing but a fight for weeks to get her to just try different things and I would just get attitude. As a mom, I could not be more grateful to Cayenne for her charming personality, her knowing when and how to push my daughter to try different items and just for being so great! She’s a young person that will go far in life! Her customer service was out of this world. If I could give her 100 stars I would! Thank you Cayenne from the bottom of my heart!! From one happy mom!!"

"This has been our "go to" store for years - raising 4 boys and a girl, they all love American Eagle. We have noticed the past couple of years, though, the men's section has been significantly downsized. The majority of the store is women's with just a store length against the wall being men's. My daughter and I appreciate the women's selection but my boys would love a bigger area to shop!"

"American eagle staff were so friendly and every single one complimented my earrings, and they always great me right at the door and periodically check in. The clothes are so cute, and are restocked, so they always have trendy new clothes that are so comfy. They can be a bit pricey, but overall great store!"

"Manager was sneaky and underhanded! My daughter and I thought we had found a good deal on polo shirts from the usual inflated prices. At the register the sales clerk rang the shirts up and they were $10 more. I questioned this and the clerk went back to the sign and agreed it said $9.99. They called the manager to get the okay to do a price override. Imagine my surprise when the manager came up and told us we had seen the sign wrong and it said $19.99. I walked back with her and saw an entirely different sign - she had switched it! She was smirking as we put the clothes back and walked out. We will never go back again. For a few dollars she lost my future business and hopefully anyone else that reads this review. If only I had taken a photo!"

"When I stopped in looking for some clothes for my daughter and niece Tanya was very helpful! I appreciated her help and the fact that she wasn't pushy and wasn't just trying to get me to spend more money on things they might not like.
