Nike Factory Store - Albertville

"I like that there's a Nike factory store in the area. I was able to find some nice basketball shoes for my son for under 50 bucks and he was able to try in a few pairs which is always nice when you're shopping for shoes. The staff member was very nice and I like the fact that they recycle the boxes. I'll be back!"

"Teens run the store basically. They generally stand around in a group and socialize while you shop. They will only help if you find them and ask for something and even then, they aren't very helpful. The store doesn't have "Outlet" store pricing, everything is full price and sales are few and far between. There is a huge contrast between Nike and the other stores in the mall like Under Armour and Reebok which have great deals and helpful staff members."

"This place is awesome! They have amazing customer service! Their employees are obviously trained well and they know what they’re doing! Every time I’ve been there it’s been a great experience! They actually know what they’re doing with the app and all the discounts and specials for being a member! Which it’s super easy to become a member, I did while I was waiting in a short line at the checkout! Amazing customer service!! Can’t say enough about that because it’s just not a common thing anymore! Good job nike and all who work there!!"

"Been to this location a couple of times in the past and it’s always been a good store. However, today the shoe stock was very limited. Kinda disappointed because that is why I came there. One whole isle was empty. And many isles and shelves mostly empty."
