"Every package I have received from this UPS has literally just been opened. to the point that you can see exactly whats inside. Stop destroying our packages!"

"While working as a recieving manager for walmart a package was delivered to the store. There were 4 boxes that need picked up. The driver refused to take them when I asked why all I got from him was somebody else will get them,not o ly that, but he said it with a serious attitude. This is unacceptable business practice for a company that gives them a lot of business."

"Useless delivery company. Ordered a part I need and paid for overnight shipping because I'm leaving town and it's been sitting there for 2 days and says it's going to be another 4 days late. Absolutely atrocious lack of work ethic. Now I've gotta leave town for work and it'll sit outside my apartment for 2 months now because yall don't do your job, thanks for nothing."

"Tell your drivers not to back up into peoples concrete driveways. Those UPS trucks ruin it by scraping and rubbing on it. Do you train your drivers or just throw them the keys and say GO!?"

"A specialty cancer medication was shipped for overnight delivery on Friday it was supposed to be delivered Saturday but because of the storm (weather) it was not delivered. Now they are closed Sunday and Monday because of Presidents’ Day. So the medication won’t arrive until Tuesday. 3-4 doses missed. Something needs to be done about this especially when it’s something of top priority like this! Just let the pkg sit there! I’m very upset!"
