McDonald's 1547 U.S. 59, Thief River Falls, MN 56701

"Long story short, order the deal of the day off the app. Dollar for a crispy sandwich. Apparently they couldn't accept that offer. They charged me half price for the sandwich and threw in a small fry. That's not the big deal. Some how the manager blames me for using the app. Slams the window door. I went to the next window, some kid feels the need to hand me a crumpled up bag. That was my food. Fries on the bottom of the bag. No fry container. Crispy sandwich was beat up. I'm certain their was spit on it. I couldn't do anything. So I left. I was nice to the people. I just want the dollar item I get at every other McDonald's. Everything is on camera. You'll see I was polite to these people."

"I worked a temporary assignment in Thief River Falls for four months and ate at this McDonalds multiple times each week. Every time my order was correct and the employees were friendly and helpful. During my time there I got to talk with several of the employees. While everyone was friendly I especially enjoyed talking with Jeremy, Bill, and Mike who always went out of their way to greet me by name and ask how I was doing. They made each visit a good experience for me as a customer. Thanks!"

"Other then being way over priced. This McDonald's I was forced to order on a machine myself. Then if you want a refill on your beverage, you have to ask. They don't let you get it yourself. I'm sorry but I'm more then capable of filling my own cup. With the prices being so high they should be doing more for my business. Don't waste your money, go to a real restaurant. It's basically the same price for better food."

"I ordered breakfast early this morning for delivery. I waited patiently for almost an hour. I watched the app and saw no progress with my order, it just said that the order was confirmed and that they were preparing my order. I called the number for assistance. The lady on the phone was very pleasant, she called the McDonald's where I placed the order but they didn't answer her call. She said her call just went to voicemail. So I cancelled my order. Disappointing..."

"I just went through the drive-through and ordered a quarter pounder with cheese plain it was even made to wait for it to be done for them to bring me one out that had everything on it and I am allergic to onions. I went back and they made it right. But going back should not have happened."
