"Only thing good about Walmart is the sometimes lower prices, costumer service is non existent, it's like standing in a store with no employees or employees with no knowledge of the place they work at! Unless of course you're on your way out the door then they are trained to pick apart the items you've purchased and accuse you of trying to steal from them lol I miss K mart and Pamida"

"I had a simple issue on my curbside order at the thief river falls MN store.i ran out of time to add a product and switch my substitution. When i called to speak to someone..i was met with very polite and pleasant customer service. Even with it being so close to the holidays, i want to thank the team lead cindy for going above and beyond for a customer..she added another container of the product i purchased free of charge for the inconvenience and went out of her way to add a very nice merry christmas note as well for me..merry christmas to you and your family cindy and you made my day and my christmas with such a small act of kindness that ment so much."

"I just moved here recently and this Walmart confuses the hell out of me. My Walmart from my hometown wasn't a super Walmart and has half the building size and somehow still has more products than this Walmart? Also there is a huge amount of ..."staff"? That are never wearing their "Walmart" vest or anything, which honestly makes me kind of uncomfortable. It becomes hard to know who's an employee and who is just there to talk to their friends."

"I love Walmart! I enjoy going to Walmart to find items I need. It always seems if I need to get something really quick they have exactly what I need in more places than one. The staff are always friendly, The store is always clean. There are so many options to choose here, from tools, fishing, toys, baking, grilling, gardening, food, art supplies and so much more. I went to this store at 9 am. There was no line and I was so thankful, I was rushing to get my appointment on time with very specific items. Walmart did not fail me by keeping me a super long line. I would recommend this place to friends and family. Thank you!"
