"I went to the service desk to get clarification on why something didn’t get a promo deal since I thought it was a mistake. The young woman “helping” me was extremely rude. I had just commented to my mother that on the coupons terms and conditions didn’t say that it couldn’t be combined with another offer AND she felt offended for no reason. She proceeded to say “I know well what the store policy is” in a very nasty tone. I wasn’t even talking to her or saying she didn’t know what she was doing. Eventually she had another associate (possibly manager) come up and blatantly lied about having told me something different. I preferred to just walk away from any further escalation. Employees SHOULD NOT take out frustrations on customers and employ dishonesty."

"The Sherman TX Target store is the best Target I have ever visited in the 3 years since we moved here. We have been to other stores in larger towns near Dallas, and this one remains my favorite. Even when Customer Service or the check out line is busy, each employee treats guests as if they were the only guest. They are unfailingly cheerful, patient, and efficient. I usually pick up my order, and I never have to wait more than a couple of minutes, even when they are busy with drive up orders or accepting bill payments. My pickup orders are always filled quickly and correctly."

"Saw several employees while shopping but no one asked if help was needed. Only 1 cashier available. Don't like self checkout because you have to wait for employees when there's a price issue."

"I usually love Target, but this one is a mess. Product on the floor, draped over racks. Just a disaster. It has been this way for quite some time, not just after a busy weekend. I hate to spend good money on things that are strewn everywhere."
