Minnetonka Taxi

"I have used Minnetonka taxi several times both times I had a positive experience, I first called them for an immediate service @4am to take me to the airport since my cab I booked with a different company did not show or wasn't answering they were prompt will use again"

"Don't EVER try this company if you want anything reliable. Will NEVER call them again! Booked a taxi service on their website 5 days in advance. Received no phone confirmation. Called a couple days in advance to confirm and they told me that I would get a call within 12 hours only. I waited with no phone call, so I called within 10 hours of needing it, and was hung up on. I tried calling back twice and hung up on again. I called back within three hours of needing it, and they took down and told me they were pretty busy that night, but would try to make something work and call me right back. I never received a call back. Why even run a taxi service or have a website?!"

"Worst taxi service! They were 45 minutes late and never picked up the phone when I called to check on it. Will never use again."

"Called the cab company they told me to give the driver a half hour which is never the case for a Good company. After an hour of making the call I called back with an answer that I should look for him outside that he should already be here in a black town-car. When I looked outside obviously no car at all. The gentlemen told me he would send somebody to get me with in 15 minutes. I called a different cab company that I will always use from now on. The number to this cab company and this address is in correct and there is no such company named Minnetonka Taxi company. This company is a hoax and never used."

"I orderd a taxi at 4:40 am to go to the airport. I called the office to confirm 2 times and got a confirmation. I was on the street and waited till 4:50 am , called the guy , he said he was around and called me but I didn't pick up so he wished good luck and ended the conversation. I had to ask my wife to drive my friend to the airport. If you would like to to be treated like that and miss you flight call this company. I would never USED THIS COMPANY AGAIN."
