"My experience was mixed. Initially, we received meals that were pretty good. Then we received meals that were terrible. We re-ordered meals that were good, and they were prepared entirely differently than the last time, with different proportions of proteins. This company has no mechanism for feedback. I did reach out to them one time and did not receive any response. It's worth noting that the meals are expensive, and I did not receive consistent value for my money. I would prefer to do business with a company that has a mechanism for feedback."

"I signed up 3 days ago and was unable to order the meals. After an hour of frustration, I reached out to the company three times by email three times and I’ve called and left messages over the past three days. Nothing from them. Of course they’ve already charged my card and I haven’t ordered any food and no one is responding or helping me. Unprofessional is being kind. Will update when I have a resolution either from the company or dispute with my credit card company."

"I have my schedule set to Monday / Wednesday. I set my little bag cooler on the front door handle in the morning those days and I get the text notification when the meals are on the way and when they are delivered. There is a link in the text so I can track it. The driver always puts ice packs in the cooler bag to keep the meals cold till I can get them. I've had zero issues with the delivery. The Wednesday meals typically arrive later in the day because your Monday meals should last you through Wednesday as I'm on the 10 meal plan. The variety in meals is excellent. The quality in the meals is solid. Some meals are better than others but you can tell they definitely put effort into keeping the variety up. I've tried Fresh n' Lean and Freshly and Origin Meals is far and away better than them."

"I've been a fan of Origin Meals for many years now. It helps me stay within my macro's as the protein, carb and fat are clearly listed for each meal. Its convenient, cost effective and most of all delicious! They have a great variety of meals so I never feel like I'm eating the same thing day after day. Keep up the great work Origin Meals! "We've been using Origins on and off for some years - but it's really come in handy with the pandemic and work from home; it's great having to cook one less meal every day and having a guaranteed healthy / balanced meal! All of the food tastes great and we love the flexibility to pick our preferred meals on a weekly basis, and to adjust it for allergens and Whole30 needs! As an added bonus - I love that this service uses reusable containers that they pick up weekly instead of disposable packaging. We're also able to reuse the containers the food comes in several times prior to recycling."
