Pizza Hut 7 10th Avenue South, Hopkins, MN 55343

"I like to grab a couple personal pan pizzas and a 10-pc order of breadsticks with some extra sauce for dinner for my BF and me every once in a while on my way home from work. Food is good and always hot and ready to go when I arrive. Service is standard but not great. The price for the dinner is over $30, which I think is expensive for what I get, and why I only stop occasionally. Have also tried to stop once or twice and the store was "closed for renovations" but nothing appeared different the next time I visited."

"Ordered one large pizza at 9:07 pm and didn't receive it until 10:45 tried calling 3 times just to get an update and no answer every time, phone just kept on ringing."

"If there was a zero star rating I’d give it. Ordered a simple order of a medium meat lovers wings and a 2 liter of Pepsi. After waiting over an hour and a half I found out my order had been cancelled with no notice. By this time it was too late to call elsewhere. Never again. Let that speak for itself"

"My fiancee and I ordered a dinner box, we arrived home and took our first bite to find out the pizza has been halfway cooked. Literally raw dough. Very upsetting. It's like how hard is it to make a pizza correctly when you have done it a 1000 times. Very disappointed. I knew there was going to be issues looking at the reviews but come on man. Also. Workers handle all toppings without gloves?? Is that the new thing? Last time I checked that is EXTREMELY unsanitary. Especially since we live in COVID times."
