"First of all, I understand (especially after the pandemic) that healthcare workers must have very difficult jobs. However, this doctor literally did NOTHING to address my emotional needs and did not even act a little sympathetic due to what I was going through. Maybe oncologists generally have poor bedside manner, but she seemed completely oblivious to my emotional needs, even though I was frankly terrified. I realize working in healthcare is probably very difficult, but I would not recommend this provider. Thank goodness I do not have to ever see Dr. Pepin again."
