"First and last time using this taxi service. Lyft was $18, I asked if they’d do $20 and they told me $23 and then ended up charging me $30. Almost double if considering a tip. Last minute exit lane changes and 45mph at times on the highway. Not impressed and wouldn’t recommend"

"Called and requested a ride from the airport and they said it would be 15 min. I waited 22 and then called to confirm someone was on their way and they said "yes, someone is on the way." Then about 2 minutes later they texted me to say they couldn't find a driver. They flat out lied to me. When I tried to call back, they had blocked my number. I had to wait 20 minutes for an uber after the airport closed. Not only was it unprofessional, but it left a single woman alone at the airport at night longer than expected and put me in an uncomfortable and unsafe position. I hope the airport reconsiders recommending their service."

"Flight was delayed so as soon as I landed I called them because my bus was leaving soon, the receptionist told me that the driver will give me a call, and will be there in 15, waited 10 mins, nothing. called them back then, 10 later mins the driver finally called and told me he will be there in 10 at this point the station was 13 mins away and it’s was gonna leave in 5 mins so I missed the only bus going home that day. yay the reason I didn’t give it a 1 star because I called 35 mins before but it’s was definitely doable."

"Dickson is the most professional cab driver I’ve spoken and had a pleasure of doing business with. He showed up even in bad weather condition and dropped me where I needed to be. His cab was clean, he doesn’t overcharge, and above par driving skills. He is very experienced on the road- snow, low visibility, you name it. I highly recommend his company to anyone who is looking for a cab that wants quality driver who doesn’t overcharge you."

"Very unprofessional and rude company. Called for a taxi, they told me it would be 15 minutes before the taxi got to my hotel. Ok cool, my room is on the second floor and since they said 15 minutes I thought I had time to use the restroom. They call about 5 minutes after I'd sent for them and I told them I'd be right down. Gathered my purse and bag and get downstairs 2-3 minutes after they'd called me and the driver is gone. I call the company and they freaking hang up on me. They made me miss my visit with my kids. They tell me their driver waited too long and I asked how 2-3 minutes was too long and the dude had a huge attitude and told me to call somewhere else. Worst service I've ever received from a taxi and I suggest if you have to use a cab to use Lucky 7 or Doyal instead. They at least value their customers more than these clowns do. Don't give these horrible people a cent, and certainly don't call if you have to be somewhere important"
