Sonic Drive-In

"I pulled into a booth, pushed the button and waited almost 15 mins no one ever answered ( as i was waiting i noticed drive thru line going quickly, so i do not understand why it was taking so long to answer customers at the booths) so as I waited I ended up ordering online for pickup in the same booth I was still parked in. The server that brought food was definitely polite and nice. We ordered the new wraps and pulled bbq sandwich they were good!"

"Second visit to this store. Not impressed. Ordered via the app and checked in at the store. Waited and waited for the person to come to our car. No one came for 10min. I got out of the car and went up to the store. Someone came out and asked me if they could help me. I stated I was waiting for my order. They asked the people in the store if there was an order for my drive-in stall and I heard them say they didn't know what was ordered. I showed them my receipt and they found and gave me my order. The 2 shakes were 1/2 melted. Super disappointed."

"Two times I've gone here and both times they managed to mess up my order. When taking orders they sounded defeated even though it's slow, ripped me off on my ddl cheese burger cause they didn't want to cook or they ran out of hot held Patty's. If you decide to waste money here check your food before you leave."

"Why was this place even built? On a good day it has five cars there. The service is slow and the food is below average. This is going to end up shutting down and then we're stuck with an empty sonic on 52nd? I wish they'd just demolish this place and put something worthwhile. I feel like the owner lost out hard on this one."

"It took way too long to get my order of chili cheese tots and 2 kids meals. I asked the manager what took so long and he said the people in the kitchen are slow and don’t understand how to do things. This is why I’m opposed to raising the minimum wage. The simplest jobs seems difficult for some."
