"Proceed with caution with this business! The counselor I worked with was lovely and helped me through some issues. However, this company is set up very oddly compared to most medical facilities. Their appointment line appears to be an outside call center, and there is no receptionist to greet you or answer questions. And good luck if you have billing issues (which I did, and which I think are quite common when dealing with insurance and medical billing). Their business office is nearly impossible to get ahold of, with email as their only communication—and that they don't even respond to. I ended up having to put an erroneous charge from this company in dispute with my credit card because they would not even acknowledge that they'd charged me, even though it was there plain as day on my bill. I'll be going elsewhere if I ever need additional counseling just to avoid the headache of their billing department, which is really a shame since I liked my counselor."

"My girlfriend and I had just broke up. I worked with Holly, seemed fine at first until she told me I should wait until my son was 18 for me to date (he is 11) It was just her "belief". Shocked by this, I asked how is this biblical, wait 7 years? It was really weird. After a few sessions she said that I might find a great student in my program to date, because I was a "great guy". I was there to work things out with my girlfriend, not date others! Who's agenda was this? I became tired of her. The majority of the therapy revolved around her talking about her other clients (her friend who was cheated on and she went back to him and he had all these sexual perversions) or this guy that lost his career and all his money, I could go on and on.This did not help me, and hearing someone else's stories is not therapy....and it is definitely not biblical. She had nothing for me to work on at home. Everything here is factual. I made a big mistake coming here."

She is kind, non-judgmental, caring, and compassionate. She is also extremely skilled, intelligent, and professional, and has legitimate credentials as a Licensed Family and Marraige Therapist. From my first interaction with her, I could tell that she would be an amazing match for me. She is an excellent listener and also offers advice and suggestions that have improved my life- and continues to do so. I would definitely suggest her if you are looking for a therapist. I even go out of my way to see her (from South Minneapolis to their office in Saint Paul) without any hesitation, because a trusting therapeutic relationship with a provider I relate to is invaluable to me."
