"Took my son for a therapy intake appointment. Had a 1:00 appointment. Saw Mr.Bradhamm walk by twice. Was filling out paperwork waiting. I was told at 1:36 that it was too late to be seen. That the appointment would have to be rescheduled for the following Monday. I asked if Mr. Bradhamm would at least see Donovan. I was told the appointment was supposed to be 1 hour and 45 min long because insurance billing The kicker Mr. Bradhamm didn't even say hi. The receptionist was courteous and genuine at the Maple Grove Health wise. Salute"
