"Our plumbing went out and it was beyond hope. It was very bad. Two plumbers came, said they'd give a quote, then both flaked leaving us to the wind but Radu came in and fixed everything! It was actually cheap considering the amount of labor involved! He had his son helping too who is in school for plumbing -very talented and knowledgeable. Radu was booked up but he apparently took our job first based on how bad our situation was! He said "I want you to have water for your bath, toilet, and washer before Christmas." Since he did this, he had to work extra late to help his other customers. Radu was honest and empathetic while finishing the job that he said he would- which was a huge amount of work!!"
